Scoutium is a next-generation digital scouting platform that connects football players, clubs, and fans in one unified ecosystem. Its core mission is to ensure that talented footballers across the globe can be discovered and evaluated by professional teams.

Scoutium currently operates with a network of over 250 video analysts and 193 scouts across all cities in Turkey and in two European countries. These scouts analyze players from recorded matches, contributing to a growing database that includes full 90-minute videos of more than 2,400 matches and over 33,000 performance analyses of 10,000+ players. Scoutium is currently partnered with more than 25 professional clubs, including Beşiktaş, and continues to expand its club portfolio across Europe.

As part of its European expansion, Scoutium now records and analyzes matches in almost every major city in Germany and Poland. The company is actively working to onboard leading European football clubs into its network and aims to scale its operations to other continents in the near future.

Scoutium was co-founded by Safa Yerliyurt, a graduate of Boğaziçi University (Business Administration), and Efe Aydın, who studied Industrial Engineering at Middle East Technical University. Prior to launching Scoutium, both founders held roles in finance and operations. Emre Ün, Co-Founder and CTO, holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University and previously worked as a software developer in various companies. Ali Akçay, Scoutium’s CEO, is a graduate of Koç University’s Industrial Engineering program and began his career as an investment analyst at several funds. Before joining Scoutium as CEO, he was also an angel investor in various startups.
