Neol is a next-generation, Web3-enabled learning and working platform. It aims to build a decentralized, demand-driven, and tokenized talent ecosystem that fosters fairer models of value creation and collaboration through the use of Web3 technologies.

Neol brings together creative individuals with scale-up-level organizations and institutions to co-create and build meaningful collaborations. In its pre-seed phase, Neol has hosted eight learning cohorts with over 20 clients and more than 600 learners. Its evolving and soon-to-be-tokenized structure allows the platform to scale sustainably as a community-driven system. While initially focused on the UK market, Neol continues to expand its community network across Europe and the Middle East.

Kerem Alper, Co-Founder and CEO, holds a dual degree in Mathematics and Economics from Wesleyan University and completed his master’s studies in Sustainable Design and Business at Stanford University. He previously founded ATÖLYE, a design studio and creative platform that was acquired in 2019 by New York–based kyu Collective.

Akar Sumset, Co-Founder, earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Yıldız Technical University, followed by a master’s degree in Communication Strategies and Public Relations from Galatasaray University. He held roles in organizations such as Startupbootcamp, Emlakjet, and Webrazzi, and later served as the UK Director at ATÖLYE.

Atılım Şahin, also a Co-Founder, completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and obtained a master’s degree in Design from Malmö University. He served as a director at ATÖLYE prior to co-founding Neol.
