Delivers.ai is a technology company that designs and operates autonomous delivery robots, offering short-distance delivery services through a robot-as-a-service (RaaS) model. After launching operations in Turkey and Spain, Delivers.ai aims to position itself in the broader European market. The company’s close-range delivery services offer a cost-effective alternative to traditional courier methods, especially in Northern Europe, where last-mile logistics are typically handled by motorcycles.

Delivers.ai’s primary business model is B2B-focused, renting delivery robots to enterprise clients. The pricing model includes a one-time €4,000 setup fee, a monthly €500 maintenance fee, and a €4 charge per delivery. On average, each robot is expected to complete 20 deliveries per day. The company’s initial go-to-market strategy prioritizes partnerships with large-scale delivery platforms, with Glovo being one of its key clients.

Ali Kutay Yaralı, Co-Founder and CEO of Delivers.ai, previously served as Managing Partner at Firstseed and ANQA VC. With deep expertise in manufacturing through his family’s industrial company Teknika Plast, he also brings a strong production network to the table—positioning him well to scale robot manufacturing in the future. Additionally, his two years of mentorship experience at Startupbootcamp and Techstars further reflects his deep involvement in the startup ecosystem.

Oral Yiğitkuş, Co-Founder and CTO, has a strong technical background and a proven track record in software development. He gained extensive experience through roles at Yemeksepeti and other corporate tech teams, and previously founded BookLogic, where he designed the entire technical infrastructure and served as CTO. His career demonstrates both technical leadership and deep domain expertise in the digital and delivery space.
