With discounted valuation purchases, the fund is expected to generate profit, while also simplifying the capitalization tables of startups with crowded ownership structures.

The fund attracts significant interest from ecosystem investors aiming to invest in growth-stage startups that have already made strong progress in sales, scaling, and product development.

Over the next 5 years, the GSYF is expected to invest in 10 startups, reaching a total fund size of 600 million TL.
