With this Clarification Text aimed at our Site visitors, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data obtained and/or processed due to the placement of cookies by Site users/visitors (“Data Owner”) during the operation of the Site; as data controllers under the KVKK, we aim to fulfill our obligation to inform you about the purposes for which we use which types of cookies on the Site and how you can control these cookies.

Your personal data is processed within the framework of the processing conditions regulated in Article 5/2 of the Law; (i) for technical reasons, information sent to our internet server each time your browser accesses our Site (such as access date, time, URL of the linking internet site, accessed files, transmitted data volume, browser type/version, operating system, and IP address), (ii) to ensure the functionality of the Site, (iii) to correct errors and clarify security incidents, (iv) to facilitate and expedite secure online access and member login, (v) to create traffic statistics and determine how you found out about the websites, (vii) to make your use of the websites more enjoyable and enhance its usability and functionality; to provide content tailored to your preferences and interests, (vi) to make commercial offers considering your preferences and recent purchases, and to improve our offers, your personal data is processed and stored on cloud servers that the Company uses.

Rights of the Relevant Person
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows:
to learn whether personal data is processed,
to request information if personal data has been processed,
to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in compliance with their purpose,
to be informed about the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, whether inside or outside the country,
to request rectification if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request notification of the operation carried out to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
to request the deletion or destruction of personal data, even though it has been processed in compliance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, if the reasons necessitating its processing have disappeared, and to request notification of the operation carried out to the third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
to request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
